Shipping Options:

USPS Priority Mail: Estimated delivery in 2 to 3 days.

Economic: Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. Average shipping time is about 7 to 10 working days. Your tracking number will be updated 3-7 days after your order has been shipped

Tracking:Upon shipping, customers will automatically receive an email containing their tracking number.

Damaged/Lost Items:For custom product shippers, it is standard to offer a replacement for items that are damaged in transit or lost, provided the customer has purchased shipping protection.
Any damaged items should be reported within 7 days of receiving the package with photographic evidence.
Lost items will be considered for replacement if they haven't arrived within 30 days.

Sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances or high volume, shipments might be delayed. we ensures all efforts will be made to get your order to you as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Returns & Exchanges:

* Customized items are non-returnable unless deemed damaged or defective. If there is any fault in craftsmanship or quality, we will repair/replace, or refund the item/s free of charge. We stand behind our work 100%! (NOTE) - Hats exposed to high volumes of dirt, sun, and sweat are likely to discolor which is not a defect in materials.

Order Cancellations:

*We are only able to cancel orders within the first 12 hours after the order is placed. After that the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped. Once this takes effect, it's out of our hands. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.
